Yo people! Whoever is using viruses and spyware as an excuse is an idiot. Ever heard of a thing called a firewall. There is no browser on the 360 because the fools at MS didn't think that it would be such a popular convenience! THEIR MISTAKE. It is a BIG convenience and Nintendo and Sony took care of that.
And whoever said that "Microsoft knows that the 360 is a console, not a computer." has no clue. Please fix them.

You know WHY Live's not risky? ITS BEEN DONE BEFORE. Netplay, battle.net, etc. yeah throw a few conveniences in there if you want but its still the same basic concept.
