My favorite post in the last five years would have to be this one. The Xbox 360 Laptop M2K (http://www.engadget.com/2007/04/17/xbox-360-laptop-mk2/) post comes in a close second but the suspense of this post is just killing me. I think due too the Xbox 360 upscaleing all there games to 1080p is a nice feature to have, especially if you have a 1080p TV. It,s so annoying to me when I have my PS3 set to display 1080p as my default, and the game only supports 720p, then I have to change the video setting on my tv or ps3 to play the game. Like I said it's a nice feature but I think upscaling on the Xbox 360 is making developers lazy. They get away with lo-res gams, while depending on the Xboxto upscale the games. PS3 is a little annoying to keep changing the video setting, but at least most of the are rendering in 720p or higher. (Lair for the PS3 is rendering in ture 1920 X 1080p).
The PS3 floating point performance of the whole system (CPU + GPU) is reported to be 2 TFLOPS, and you PC is could do what. SHIT how about that. PS3 = Super Computer.
Why does this person playing this game suck balls. Has he ever played a Metal Gear game,or is the game controls total different form the previous games. What ever the case may be, the same shit happened when someone tried to play the Killzone 2 demo. The person demoing the game played so bad I never finished watching the demo.
Multiple EB managers confirmed for me that the new Falcon chip set will be in these. One EB manager actually confirmed that the system where in the store, and reassured me that the Falcon chip is 100% with these models. So it you didn't pre-buy the system have fun on Ebay..
