I've spent around $75-$100 on iphone cases during the last 15 months. I now have a crystal shield screen covering the front glass and that's it. Every case I've had has done more scuffing to my iPhone then protecting. Between leather cases, one of those black plastic "rubber-feeling" back covers, a gel wrap and a ZAGG invisible shield, all but the ZAGG shield have done one thing great and that's trap things against my iPhone and scuff it up.

I would choose this case if i were in the military, otherwise I would go with a ZAGG invisible shield or what I'm using now.

Why aren't these compatible with the iphone???

Maybe it uses a different wiring scheme, idk... but that sucks if they don't work with the iphone.

oh well, put me down as a fool because I've had the soundock for longer than I can remember, and it continues to work fabulously, inside and outside, at parties, and my wedding (could be heard easily over 70 people at the reception).

And now I can stream any Internet stream through it with my iPhone, I've gotten my $$$ worth, though this "new" model is $50 more than the original, so unless you have a 3G iPhone, you may want to go find the original.

After updating to 2.0.2, my EDGE iPhone is running at least as solid as it was before the 2.0 update; 2.0.2 has been a huge improvement.

One bug that I've had since about 1.1.2 is when I travel out of a "no service" zone to a service zone, Safari will try to finish loading/refresh the active page and crash almost immediately.

Side Note - Has anyone with an EDGE iPhone gotten the normal "your warranty is almost up, buy more applecare" reminder emails?? I've gotten them with every major Apple product I've ever bought, but not for this iPhone. I think that means I'm going to invest in another year, my first year is up in a few weeks.

Yup. When I updated Tuner I had to re-search and bookmark all my favorite stations; many of which have to be typed in. This is a large omission on Apple's part.

I can't imagine losing all the data files for an app that actually plays an important business role, I would be BS!

Isn't the iPhone the proof of concept? All this proves is that they can rip off the UI (something that has been proven more than once already). Cool hardware though.

I would say Sonic is in better hands with Bioware than with Sega! This is cool news.
