The first game is on the PSN. "Prejudice" is not.
I could be wrong, but I think it was supposed to come out during the outage.

It just means you rarely bought from the Store to begin with. Most of the stuff they were giving out for "free" for the first few months I'd already purchased from the store (either at full price or from their regular sales).
Now that PS+ exists, there are fewer sales and I make fewer purchases.
Until it offers something more than "Pay us $50 for $50 in 'discounts' " I, and others, still don't see it as a worthwhile program.
