The problem with games is that most people don't buy them on an impulse. So the two most valid strategies are to either buy some good reviews during embargo time or (gasp!) make a good game.
This angers me somehow. Not that I long for a vibrating handheld (or do I?). But should you be able to patent such simple concepts as adding rumble to a gaming device? It didn't require much thought or resources to come up with that...
