Editors of Time Magazine that don't know Doom from Debbie Does Dallas would find WoW 'groundbreaking' because it's the only game they've ever been able to understaand. I'm sorry but just because WoW makes umpteen millions of $$$ and has mindless non-gamers (see 'Editors') that play after putting their kids to bed doesn't make it a flawless game...
The problem with this review, and pretty much everyone's comments here, is that you totally don't understand what this is. I went to the Panasonic center in Tokyo a couple months ago and used this.
It is NOT a PC you tools. The thing on display here was set under a dining table. It's meant to be a small network (not a PC network as we're used to them) for the house, a bit like a souped up answering machine where you leave messages, among other things, for your family members to see. This has nothing to do with using a PC of any kind, except you can do a few similar things. It's also got nothing to do with games, movies or anything else. The touch screen monitor wall in the same room *was*. With this, you can share photos with whoever, and see each other's schedules so you can plan dinner, leave messages for people, that sort of thing. It's not meant to be a PC, but a home appliance. And seeing it and using it firsthand it was very cool, and you can totally understand how it could be very useful in the home. For busy people who maybe eat at different times of the day than their family members, or who have a tendency to forget each others schedules and more, this thing would be really useful. Remember this was set into a dinner table...
