I wrote a complaint to the FCC about a month ago about Verizon's anti competitive practices and pricing, about 2 days later Verizon called me and said I have no basis for my complaint and that they will be filing a response with the FCC. I never got the response they filed, just a letter from the FCC saying they got my complaint and that Verizon has responded. I'm just glad the FCC is doing something about it.

Verizon is a shady company up here in Montana. Just the other day, I went over my minutes but they never sent the text that says I'm about to go over, just a late text that said "You are on the path to incurring additional charges." Our month bill for 2 phones and 700 minutes split with data is 220....I can get a similar plan with Sprint for about 1/2 that. We have Sprint Nation Wide Coverage out here now, but a VZW rep told me that "Once the change over from altel is complete, were kicking Sprint out of Montana, nobody uses it out here anyways." I then told him "What about Amazons Kindle book reader." He told me (and I lol'ed) "Kindle runs off Verizon's network, that's why it's so reliable. So you should be fine."

Right now, in Montana, it's either Cellular One (who sucks) or Verizon. That's not much of an option out here.

Also the 360 controller makes a great vent headset. Listen to music and game sound though your speakers, have all vent comm coming though the headset. That's the way I've done it for the past year now.
