hmm, how come my walmart cash registers go ape.... when anything is scanned b4 the street date. Happened a few times to me; as I was able to get them to take games and a console that was on display but the register wouldnt let them sell it. Btw I read it was an ATL walmart that was breaking the date.

Pfft, a nearly immpossible ach. If this is true ill get it for my PS3 instead. I did have it preordered for my 360; as I have bought all cross platform games for my 360... up till now.

BS... I don't know what verizon's idea of rollout is. But the only way you are getting verizon fios anytime soon in NJ is if you: a. live on a major road or b. live in a current under construction development. Just because they run a fiber optic line down the middle of the town doesn't mean that fios "services" that town. This is the same in my township as well as my friends townships that they live in. From my house I can see the road with the nice orange conduit on it and I can also see one of my friends new home-construction development which all have fios service; but since I live in an established development "it will be a year or two before we can install" fios, "would you like a subscription to direct tv while you wait" as told be verizon customer service.
