I don't not understand it.

The Crash has as a song titled "Still Alive" that predates both of those games by far. Stupid article to to act like this is even remotely a big deal.

As someone who eats at McDonald's now and then, I appreciate the fact that I can get a coke the size of watermelon. I'm sure it would make me quite happy if I were thirsty. Does that choice add to the growing number of obese people. Yes, but not more so than anything else. Very few things you can buy nowadays is "healthy" in is strictest sense. Most things can make you fat or give you cancer or kill your liver. Even things like Gatorade aren't, being as it packs a good chunk of sugar (that isn't fairy dust that gives you a perk). Frankly, I don't find McDonald's any more responsible than anyone else... heck, despite the nerd on the Subway commercials best chiming, you can still get rather fat by eating at Subway all the time.

It's all about choices. I choose to eat at McDonald's... and Burger King, and Wendy's, and Taco Bell. But I also choose to go to the gym everyday. The overall problem is our culture here in the US. So pointing a finger at McDonald's seems purely political when you realize they don't do anything except give people what they want. And the people want fast, tasty food.. health repercussions be damned.
