I was also a winner of the Hex 168 contest. Turned me into a true gamer (very VERY casual before that). Wearin' the sweater now actually.

For my public relations strategy class, I had to research and report on a PR case. The 360 launch was a Public Relations Society Association of America Case Study Award winner, so I did that. Today I presented the case with my Hex 168 vid (look for it, "Hexed Apartment" group of 6) and pics from Zero Hour. Safe to say it was a big hit!

Something about the attitude of the Mac kid I don't like. It's more like the atitude of the entire commercial. If Apple wants people to switch, is insulting their prospective switchers the way to go? I feel like Mac dude is insulting PC dude, and PC dude is a uber-nerdy stereotype, insulting the very people Mac wants to switch! The message I get, is that PC people are losers and you wont be cool/hip/fit for soceity unless you use a Mac.

Just last week Flashmob UF recreated the Banned XBox ad.

Yes, I wish this patch was released sooner, but I'm ready to pop my copy of CoD2 back into my 360 right away. I'm sick of Halo and dont really care about GR:AW (my apologies), so this is great news to me.
