So California has to pay the ESA over one-million dollars because they fought over something found to be basically unconstitutional.

The ESA then uses that same money to fight for something found not only to be basically unconstitutional, but also publicly denounced by the majority of it's members (even if a few of them did support it at first).

Is the ESA really fighting for gamers? Or is it just another big-business with a bottom-line?

I recently bought a Dreamcast from Thinkgeek after they discovered that whole stock of 'em. I quickly went to a few thrift stores and found some stashes of Dreamcasts games for about fifty cents to a dollar each. Mostly sports titles but a few gems like Sonic Adventure, Crazy Taxi and Soulcalibur. Still looking for a Space Channel 5 to show up.

Love me some Crazy Taxi and Soulcalibur though. Those two alone are easily worth owning the system for.
