Jan 2nd 2007 1:22PM (Joystiq)Yes, we like to call those things home computers.
If that's the case then PC gaming isn't dead because every new console coming out would be...a PC.

These cheats are the reason I played this game so much. I played every single level with different cheats on after I got them and it changed the gameplay so much.
Also...
Why hasn't any other FPS had their own cheat system like this that was simple to get to, turn on and off, and use during certain levels? I know a ton of people that got a kick out of the cheats and is why they used the game so long.
I mean multiplayer in DK mode was good times right there.
Not to mention, Goldeneye STILL has probably one of the easiest user menues of any game I've played so far. It's simple to pick your game, level, and difficulty while others are a real bitch.

May 31st 2006 10:42PM (Joystiq)GM is the world's largest automaker and they're getting ready to get passed in that area. Also, Ford has a bit of trouble but I think they'll pull through. GM is an unknown and looks to be a sinking ship from latest reports.
That and I'm also a Ford fan but who knows?

Apr 22nd 2006 1:35PM (Joystiq)Welcome to the world of advertising. If you look around you'll see that not everybody puts things in "bold, fat letters." Watch a car commercial and notice the "small wee tag in some corner" about certain things they "skip over."

Apr 21st 2006 3:14PM (Joystiq)Washington D.C. enacted a virtual ban on handguns in 1976. Between 1976 and 1991, Washington D.C.'s homicide rate rose 200%, while the U.S. rate rose 12%.
Florida adopted a right-to-carry law in 1987. Between 1987 and 1996, these changes occurred:
Florida/United States
homicide rate -36%/-0.4%
firearm homicide rate -37%/+15%
handgun homicide rate -41%/+24%
Assault weapons were involved in less than 1% of homicides before the assault weapons ban took effect in 1994. The same is true as of 1998.
As of 1998, no law enforcement officer has ever been killed because an armor-piercing bullet defeated a bulletproof vest.

When guns are banned, crime goes up. Look what happened to Australia after just ONE YEAR of a gun ban.
OBSERVABLE FACT, AFTER 12 MONTHS OF DATA:
Australia-wide, homicides are up 3.2%
Australia-wide, assaults are up 8.6%
Australia-wide, armed-robberies are up 44% (yes, FORTY-FOUR PERCENT)
In the state of Victoria, homicides-with-firearms are up 300%
Figures over the previous 25 years show a steady decrease in homicides-with-firearms (changed dramatically in the past 12 months)
Figures over the previous 25 years show a steady decrease in armed-robbery-with-firearms (changed dramatically in the past 12 months)
There has been a dramatic increase in breakins-and-assaults-of- the-elderly
STOP POINTING THE FINGER AT GUNS!!!
Ok, now we can get to the real meat of this debate, carry on.
