Patience. If it's not being released until Holiday season, they have plenty of time to prepare some awesome E3 footage.

At this point, I'm wondering if this is Sony's attempt at releasing something virally, and are waiting to officially comment until sales do well. Otherwise, they can pretend like they (or at least their division) had nothing to do with it.

...what? Sony can ban your PlayStation Network account, as well as block your associated PS3 from connecting to the Internet, if you're found violating their Terms of Service (you know, those things you accept, but never read).

"You may not use, make, or distribute unauthorized software or hardware, including Non-Licensed Peripherals, in conjunction with Sony Online Services, or take or use any data from Sony Online Services to design, develop or update unauthorized software or hardware, including cheat code software or devices that circumvent any security features or limitations included on any software or devices."

"If SCEA determines in its sole discretion that you or your associated Sub Accounts have violated any term of this Agreement, the Usage Terms, or any other terms and conditions connected with Sony Online Services or have otherwise injured or damaged the Sony Online Services community, SCEA may take all actions to protect its interests, including termination or suspension of your Sony Online Services account (both the Master Account and any associated Sub Accounts), automatic removal or blockage of content, implementation of upgrades or devices intended to discontinue unauthorized use, or reliance on any other remedial efforts as necessary to remedy the violation."

This is like going to a theater that says no outside food or drink, you go into it with a bag of McDonald's and a large Coke, they tell you that you can't bring it in, and you get mad at them and say they're wrong. No. You were told not to do this when using their services, so they can certainly block you if you use their services in ways that you promised them you wouldn't.

He probably meant where is the Joystiq app for Android. There's an iPhone one, and I think they said that an Android one would be in development, but I'm curious too how that's coming along.

This could be amazing news or just okay news. Put simply, it depends on whether the overworld will more closely resemble SSX 3 or SSX on Tour, respectively.

He had a chance with Max Payne. I don't know how he messed that up, but he did. Not looking forward to him doing the same to another one of my favorite franchises...

There needs to be a PS3/360 game that's modeled after SSX3.

Between Guitar Hero exclusivity and this story, Bobby must be paying the band a pretty penny. Either that, or Metallica is forced into some stupid contract. Wouldn't be surprised.

The official word says nothing about it being a weekly feature. In fact, it makes it seem like it's just a one-week thing.
