Rumor: Wii successor has controller with giant touchscreen, also uses motion controls

I'm betting on the Streaming being huge in this system. I will want to play on the big screen, but, if the living room is busy, you can send the kids off to play whatever is on the system. This would let you do multiplayer anywhere in the house there is a good 802.11N signal, particularly as this will likely use Bluetooth 3.0 for one good reason: the HS feature is a wrapper for 802.11N. http://www.engadget.com/2009/04/21/bluetooth-3-0-hs-gets-official-adds-speed-with-802-11/

So, it will probably have 1gb Ram, i'd rather hear 4GB ram. That would be great. 8GB ram would be visionary. RAM is an important question. What will they put in?

I'm hoping for a SATA HDD, something SONY did very right with the PS3.
The sweet spot sounds like: Modern Radeon Graphics, a pumped up lower powered custom PPC multicore processor, Bluetooth 3.0, 4GB RAM, and some Sata HDD with Netflix, FB, Twitter integration, can play Wii and GC games in a disc drive and plays everything on the market now and these new mobile controllers... It'd be real nice. .

Rumor: iOS 5 will be a 'major revamp,' won't debut until fall

That would mean a delay in iPhone 5 deployments?
Pshaw!
However, a Dual Core iPhone 5 on the same IOS would still perform better. Hmm. Still on Android! I need my bigger screen for these bigger thumbs.

Nokia Kinetic concept offers some ideas Nokia might want to heed

Jul 19th 2010 7:50PM (Engadget)
The design is sound. People buy Cameras with this shape all the time, but it's more Svelte. Also, the grip while great for a camera is ALSO great for a vertical or horizontal keyboard, particularly the vertical, since it's held evenly on both sides, but, the camera grip helps typing in landscape as well. Yes Nokia, MAKE IT!
ALSO, integrate a surface charging pad on the curve and release a custom dock. REALLY impress me with a good placement for a data connection port which will fit into the doc right and it'll be sweet.

Sprint: Samsung Moment and HTC Hero Android 2.1 updates now coming 'in Q2'

May 8th 2010 4:57PM (Engadget)
Hey,consider this people.
Your windows mobile OS was probably upgraded for free a whopping total of "0" times, making this the second upgrade for the Moment handset (I believe it was a bit of an update, threw more 1.6 features in and occasional fixes) much more fair that most recent models.
I wonder if Windows Mobile 7 (still amazed it wasn't called Windows Mobile Live ) will get any upgrades for the same handset.
Also, what is great is the potential that android could really be rolled up in the future if the carrier doesn't do upgrades, just for certain features if the processor can handle it.
