Metroid is Shining in the Darkness of the Cratermaze on Virtual Console

That's the way large 8 bit games were though back in the day. Back then the manual was very important. Things like Ninteno Power were helpful also. Now days games teach you what's going on and give you tons of information.

Look at the original Final Fantasy. You had no idea if the weapon or armor you were about to purchase would equip on your Red Mage or not... but the game came with a world map and an item list. The remake of Final Fantasy for PSP now the game tells you what the classes can and can't use.

I like the original Metroid being difficult and a lot of maps to remember. Beating it gives you a larger sense of satisfaction.

GayGamer.net offline following hate attack

I don't understand why a website for gays needs to even exist. Isn't gaming gaming, no matter who the audience is? I don't understand why a group who wants to be accepted separates themselves from the rest of the community.

If people in the community attack them, they just make themselves look bad and eventually separate themselves. If gays separate themselves, is that not a step backwards?
