1) No, you can't just say "wireless sucks, there's very little need for it." That destroys your argument. Wireless is very important for many people including my friends and I. All my consoles are hooked up wirelessly and for a short time I had the 360 hooked using ethernet. I notice very little difference in lag between wired and wireless.

2) Yes there is a way of upgrading the drive without purchasing one from Microsoft. In fact, I upgraded my 20gb to 120gb just by doing that. And you can play on Live with it without fear of getting banned. However, in order to do this, you have to buy a very specific drive (any laptop drive from the WD Scoropio BEVS series). Then you have pirate and flash the firmware of the official 60gb or 120gb drive (so the drive can only hold 60gb or 120gb) to the WD drive and if you want Xbox 1 BC you need to pirate that too. And also you need the plastic tub that the drive comes with so this argument doesn't even apply to the 360 arcade. But if you have an elite/pro, you have to open the plastic tub and swap the drive. The general consumer most likely doesn't have the computer literacy to do this.

3) This is true, but this is through many obscure websites and the money still goes to Microsoft. The general consumer would not be bothered to scour the internet to look for such a thing.

However, even if your points were true, it would completely irrelevant. As Iphybred points out these features do not come with the 360 and even if cheaper options were available from a 3rd party it is still nickel and diming

I don't get the the first screenshot where it says "uhh, no". To me that model looks like the best thing in the entire array of screens and it doesn't look THAT bad.

I think the Wii is by far the worst console this gen, but I don't get what all this fuss is about. It's just another shitty Wii port.

Loved 1 and 3. I just couldn't finish 2 for some reason, I just didn't like it that much for some reason. Perhaps I'll rent this and see if the controls persuade me to finish 2.
