WHY are they CONTINUING to be arrogant? Hasn't anyone told them about the reaction from the well informed gamers? Sony needs to realize that they'll only succeed if consumers actually buy their PS3. Why are they doing their best to act arrogant and totally out of touch with their consumers? Putting words in the mouth of an entire continent is really not a good idea. It's still not too late for Sony to change their tone and apologize and be humble. It seems everyone except Sony sees trouble in their future.

I've seen a lot of complaints about the fight scene at the end. Think about it guys, if all the guards just ran in and slashed at Altair, it wouldn't look cool. Think about all the kungfu movies you've seen. The main character just stands in the middle and beats everyone up one by one. Sure, it's pretty unrealistic, but it looks much better than a tangle of guys flailing their arms.

It could be that it costs too much.

I read this 10 minutes ago and I thought it was an excellent idea. But I thought back to what happened in Snow Crash.. and the Metaverse is not so attractive now.

For the people who did not read it, basically there's a huge, virtual street where people can log into and interact with each other. There was this guy named Raven who's hired by this rich guy to brain wash all the hackers in the metaverse.

Think about it guys, if everything's connected, it simply becomes a bigger target for criminals. If hackers attack google, their sites and services go down. But if everything becomes too interdependent, the damage spreads.
