First, call a fb if you want but unfortunately the PS3 is not an option for me, the controller and the games are the reason. I hate the analog positioning and I play tactical shooters almost exclusively.
I have to say though, I think the PS3 is by far higher quality and more reliable than the 360 in a technical sense. Once (if) some good tactical shooters come out for the system and a third party makes a better designed controller I would love to buy it.
Second, when something is not right, I'm not going to bury my head in the sand. These current issues on Live are TOTAL BS. Also, I have to say I've noticed a decline in the service since the Summer.
This latest batch of problems is just icing on the cake. Microsoft needs to do a giant update, or rebuild, mainly just something - ANYTHING - that FIXES the problem because it will eventually become so annoying for me I won't even play it anymore, recently it's been like ten years ago playing PSO on dial-up, connection wise.
Anyone want my freaking Ps3? I am just absolutely sick to death of constantly downloading this BS that once again has nothing to do with what I purchased the system for - Next Gen Games. Sony you are a bunch of retarded idiots when it comes to gaming now.
OK, Seriously, Let me just let you all know that the Micro (and) Soft 360 is BY FAR the most superior system. Once they release a "Waggle Wand" and Sixaxxis ... END OF STORY.
If you look at the statistics, the PSP is actually selling better than the Wii. Nintendo is for kids, and this fact will never let Nintendo be the winner. Sony makes mature games with depth and qaulity. The Wii will never have games like that even if Nintendo owns 95 percent of the market, third parties won't put there triple A games on the system because Nintendo is dumb.
Sony and Sega should become partners. Sega's recent releases are as bad as the anti-hype for the ps3. Both companies just suck the Big One as of late. Sega should start an "official blog" (2 of them?) and Sony should of stuck with the original dual-shock. I just pulled these comments out of my ass too, but they almost make sense.
Truthfully I really never wanted to like Microsoft and Nintendo this much but damn it, its hard not when you look at the alternative.
