Burnout Paradise gets new trailer

Dec 12th 2007 12:27PM (Joystiq)
Eh, we all have our regrets.

Anyways, advertising is different from spam. You look in a public place, that's advertising. Spam is sent directly to you. Don't see much of a difference between posting a great deal and posting "SPAM SPAM SPAM SPAM", as both by most accounts aren't contributing to the said discussion.

Ya know what the PS3 does have though? Fun games. I'd call it an even trade.

I know, right? This looks like shit. Why can't more games look like Battle Arena Toshinden? Now that's fly graphicking. I mean, this thing hardly passes as playable with those graphics. It's CLEARLY meant to be an N64 game...

tool.

I noticed it too, but that was the same with all the GTA3 titles. I kind of just credited it to the "GTA Style", that's how I see it.

I'm actually super excited for this game. Second most anticipated game of 2008, first being Final Fantasy 7 Crisis Core on PSP(played the Japanese version and it's fucking amazing).

Gerstmann-gate: Sunday morning update

Dec 2nd 2007 1:39PM (Joystiq)
Don't be a dick. Plenty of people are speaking up against the war. It's not like it's hush hush. I can guarantee there's more than 11,000 actively voicing their disgust with the 'war' going on right now. Well more than that if you count the internet. Thing is, we could unite as a nation against the war (which hey, we pretty much have if you check Bush's approval rating) and nothing will change. Backlash against a company / corporation though can actually effect them, since public relations is huge in any industry.

So the difference between fighting against the war and fighting against this is huge. One you just spend a few minutes online bitching about to raise awareness and actually impact something, or the other you can dedicate all your free time to fighting and it won't change a thing because Bush will do what Bush wants to do, regardless of what the masses want. Sucks that his got a second term in office and drove our country further into shit, but that's almost at an end.

Gerstmann-gate: Sunday morning update

Probably because if we just sit around ignoring when shit like this happens, it will continue to happen. Bringing awareness to this could strongly discourage companies for raping their employees for giving an honest opinion of something.

Dunno, I guess it's that thing called "fighting injustice". Wanting to kill the awareness of it, you're supporting CNET's choice to fire a man for doing what he thought his job was.

What I love even more is a "Trilogy" that is only one book / movie. See Lord of the Rings for more info.
