Ah, sorry about the misunderstanding. They completely turned off comments, as in, no one could even view old comments during the ban. This is one of the things that some users are complaining about. My guess is because it was easier to make all comments disappear rather than try and delete all the offensive/trolling/etc. comments.

Droid? Hopefully this will be included the OTA update that was supposed to come on Jan 22... .see below

As Josh said, it is taking some time to enable the comments on other posts, but it'll happen.

Oh, and are we going to be allowed to comment on the posts that went up during the comment banhammer?

I grabbed two a couple years ago, wireless, breadnew, in factory packaging, twenty bucks a piece.
i think they do this everynow and then, so that is the best place to check.
