The amount of HDTVs with network capabilities, including Netflix and other video streaming was a great thing to see finally happening.

Speaking of James McAvoy, I still say he looks like a younger Josh Charles.

I don't know if that was better or the inspired use of the Smashing Pumpkins' "The Beginning is the End is the Beginning"...making that sideways connection to Batman and Robin (which I think shows all that went wrong with comic book movies) is so sneaky and yet perfect.

Wow, I used to love this show! Call it a half-hearted remake of Miami Vice, but I call it about as much fun as you can have with fast cars and lots o' guns on network TV. I even watched it again when it aired on cable in reruns...that'd be sweet to own it on DVD!

My favorite moment? The day our president proclaimed "Mission Accomplished" I've slept so well every night since then. ;)

@vaeric I remember reading that years ago too, either in an article or interview somewhere. Maybe it was just speculation at the time, but I do recall thinking what a giant game Halo was going to be, in terms of environments and players battling it out online.

"What the **** is Heroes?" LOL!

So what if he disses Heroes? It's not his fault that it blows.

To add to your experiment, he should then ask "What's a more enjoyable, riveting experience, Heroes or Death Proof?"

Great show guys. I'd like to think you were referring to my comment about the Halo 3 Time article, on how other sites seemed to pick it up for all the wrong reasons. Whew, I'm glad that didn't go far, because a publication like Time covering video games as a cultural event or phenomenon (rather than a pasttime) is something that we as gamers should all welcome.
