Why not just rename the game and be done with it? Every King's Quest story had different characters; it's not like they can get sued for making an adventure game where you play as a prince.

I'm sure those are just temp voices since it's an alpha. For instance that definitely was not Geralt's voice from the the first game.

Awesome, I loved The Witcher. I'm really glad to see the company is still doing fine after Atari went under and I can't wait to play this.

Listen here, "Tim Schafer," I know you think we worry too much about sales, but I plan on buying five copies of Brutal Legend anyway. One to play, and the other four for my Double Fine shrine. It's been getting a bit stale lately.
