@samfish I think you have your Bayonetta data backwards. According to the NPD TRSTS report the PS3 version sold 63,502 units and the XBOX 360 version sold 101,563 units. So much for the theory that those games don't do well on XBOX 360.

NMH2 actually sold 22,904 units in Jan. according to the NPD report. It's not horrible considering it's only 5 days they're recording data for.

In comparison Tatsunoko Vs Capcom sold 47,465 units during the same period.

Conspiracy Entertainment is the publisher. This will get a name change or lawsuit for sure.

You know, why couldn't they just walk. You begin the game with parts of the map inaccessible beacause the tracks are locked out or missing, but couldn't they just walk? I mean I get the whole boat travel stuff but the train is just being lazy. Obviously there's not much danger off the tracks with all the friendly livestock hanging around.

Problem is they didn't ban the Live accounts, only consoles. I had a couple consoles banned but as soon as I recovered the Live account on a new console it worked just fine. They are just preventing those consoles from connecting to Live.
