If the Australian OFLC somehow materialized into a living entity I would sit it down and have a harsh word with it, then proceed to swiftly beat the living daylights out of it.

As an Australian it really dissapoints me that something like this can happen. We have the entire gaming world asking why we can't have the R18+ rating, and all they can come up with is some shitty excuses most likely involving children and russian spies... or something, I just don't know anymore.

I heard from inside sources that there will be one released this E3. It consists of a do-it-yourself kit with a 2 gamecubes and a roll of duct tape.

None of you have any idea. It's not so much a real part of the game, I doubt you would find a fully functional TV in a destroyed house that somehow still has electricity in the full game.(and why would the networks still be broadcasting stuff?)
The TV is there simply for the trailer, it creates an expectation upon seeing it. You think its going to pan out into a lounge room, but then you see the destroyed countryside and everything changes. This is a teaser and nothing more, the early 20th century ads also give you a clue as to when the nuclear war happened.
