News of titles and tabards
Sep 4th 2007 3:11PM (WoW)Grinding for gear was awful, but the ranks that went along with it were fun to get (until you missed a week, of course).
Fear and how to fix it
Aug 23rd 2007 4:58PM (WoW)I'm not saying there are zero classes/specs that can kill a lock, and I'm not saying stunlock rogues or BM hunters are much less annoying... but when every non-warlock who PvPs has been whining for a nerf to fear in PvP for months on end, I think the people who say "QQ more" and leave it at that are being a little ridiculous.
Breakfast Topic: Which faction is more mature?
Aug 15th 2007 9:08AM (WoW)As mentioned, all responses here will be anecdotal and prove nothing. Unless some Blizzard employee hops on with a giant pile of statistics saying "Side X has 30% more naughty words in general chat when all servers are averaged together, but Side Y is 12% more likely to camp a gray player." Which, now that I think of it, would be pretty cool facts to know!
I play Horde on Firetree, where there are three or four entire guilds of Alliance who must really have no responsibilities - given all the free time they have to gank 62s and grossly outnumbered 70s between plastering their miserable toons with epics. For what it's worth (not much).
Sprint, Verizon both announce Motorola RAZR 2 V9m
Aug 10th 2007 4:06PM (Engadget)...And then I see the price, and I remember why I'm not an early adopter.

Aug 6th 2007 9:44AM (WoW)Blood Elf: "Haha, yea--oh, crap."
Win a super rare signed 300-Edition Xbox 360 Elite and 300 HD DVD!
Aug 3rd 2007 4:07PM (Engadget)Now, to order some of Miller's recommended reading about the real battle of Thermopylae!
A spec guide for classes that aren't yours
Jul 25th 2007 4:11PM (WoW)Pally tanking is hard. Most of the paladins who bother to try are bad at it.
Fire mages have great PvP abilities and burst damage. Lots of fire mages are crappy at PvE as a result.
Re. Lax.
Hunters in the Arena
Jul 19th 2007 4:25PM (WoW)BUT, the hunters still crying that the dead zone needs to be removed from the game are either very bad or completely insane. Get back to us when mages can crit for over 1000 at the cost of 1 arrow and 0 mana and when most of their spells are instant-cast.
We've become carebears in Shattrath
Jul 18th 2007 4:32PM (WoW)I'm not sure how Blizzard could balance it best, but I think something should be in place aside from pure stun/slow/CC immunity for anyone off the ground.
Encrypted Text: The art of the stunlock
Jul 11th 2007 12:26PM (WoW)Also, I'm a proud member of the non-stunlocking-rogue community. Is premed/shadowstep/ambush a less dirty way to kill alliance than stunlocking? Probably not... but, to each his own!
