I passed the new release threshold. If I don't buy a game within a week or two of release, I don't buy the game until I find it for $20 or less.

The original POP on an Apple II. I hoping for the XBox360 version this time, but if you have an old Apple II and the original game on floppy, I'd go for that too.

I'm off to see Youth in Revolt tomorrow. Hopefully it will be as enjoyable as the novel.

Since you said games you "hope" to download with holiday cash, Earthbound is at the top of my list -- I hope I someday get the opportunity to download it and the sequels.

The Replacements playing in a Knights of Columbus meeting hall -- they were the first band I saw live.

Standing on top of my ship in Metroid Prime, looking out across the landscape, taking in the ambience, then making that first step and jumping off the ship - I loved that feeling of knowing that I was beginning an amazing adventure.
