I think people that stamp their feet and claim they are no longer going to subscribe because a patcher is borked for (still less than 12 hours now) a little while should probably not play mmos at all. This is pretty commonplace, especially at launch.

Heaven forbid you guys ever everperienced some of the server downtimes with zero communication in Warcraft, SWG, and WAR. With some of these games the downtime lasted more than 18 hours, zero response.

Just like Justin Mcelroy, always posting drivel without knowing what he is talking about... There are various outlets you can preorder at to get into the beta. Also most of these periods for games are no longer than two weeks. This is not to count the fact that various sites have been giving out keys, with one site giving out 10,000 last week.

I honestly think Justin's day goes like this:

1. Post something from digg a week ago
2. Think up fanboy anti ps3 blurb
3. Gargle some wow
4. repeat.

Carbon Footprints and the "save the earth campaign" are all just hogwash used for marketing.

Only 3% of the earth's Emissions are from humans. Much of it is needed by the plants.

This is the same scare as used in the 70's.

All this has happened before, and all this will happen again.

Just another reason lotro is a superior game and turbine a far superior company. You can do this is game at the barber for minimal in game funds.

Oh and our version of traits do not cost more and more money to switch.

And we don't get nerfed every other week.

And our game isn't based off of arenas

Or fake subscriber numbers counting millions of free asian accounts.
