Credits Report: Quantum of Solace

Damn. . . here I thought I was the only one that had real issues with QoS.

Loved the chase. . . then came the title sequence.

Knew things were in trouble there. . . did not care for the titles graphics and feel and absolutely despised the song!. . . CASINO- THERE was a title song and sequence!

Now, I will say, QoS was better/is better than most of the remake garbage coming out of Hollywood, tho that is not saying much.

Speed Racer DVD Digital Copy not iTunes-friendly

I too was distressed when the outdist sticker said iTunes compatible and it was not. I filled out 2 (or 3) online feedback/customer service forms Tuesday afternoon. Yesterday I received an email with an iTunes Store gift of it. Bummed that the Blu bonus didn't work out of the box, but pleased WB rectified so quickly. I believe the Digital Copy is a great idea- can't cart my PS3 with me everywhere like my Powerbook or iPhone.

Now, if only they'd have made the disc a BD-50 so we could have had a lossless 7:1 track to match the quality of the incredible video!

Celebrate 4th of July with us and win Battlefield: Bad Company

Jul 4th 2008 2:26PM (Joystiq Playstation)
I spent the morning marching in the Bridgeton, Missouri Fourth of July Parade as a Union soldier (8th MO Vol. Inf. U.S.), shared some BBQ and cold AB products with my wife at a nearby sports bar and we'll top the day off taking in the Cardinals vs the Cubs (and some more cold AB products!) at Busch Stadium this evening. Right now, however, gonna play some COD 4! Happy 232nd Birthday, America- you don't look a day over 200!

GTA IV's 12-step 'fix' has us scratching our heads

ANOTHER POSSIBILITY. . .
On a whim, I was checking all sorts of settings. . . my clock was off- date and time set to manual and daylight saving was off.

Set time from internet, corrected daylight savings, deleted saved install, reinstalled, and SO FAR no more problems.

After further review, it seems to point more and more to corruption within saved files. Had a game save loaded and working fine, then a freeze. Upon restart and next attempt to load same game, a freeze. Deleted THAT one and previous one worked fine, until it froze. Upon restart and attempt to reload THAT one, guess what- another freeze. What is the point in this game if any progress you make has to be deleted to keep playing?

@Haiddasalami

HOW is one supposed to partake in online-multiplayer with your "fix"??? Hmmm?
