Wow, I can't Wait for Frank Miller's Buck Rodger. I always thought what it needed was more rampant sexism, xenophobia, creepy conservative ideology and the prevailing view of brown people as pure evil. That and be over stylized to the point of hysteria.

Seriously, I dug Batman: The Dark Knight Returns too ... when I was 15 but the man's work is so flat and vapid and what few ideas there are are simply awful.

I don't know, I like all that stuff. the thing that made me maddest about X3 was how they completely glossed over the space opera aspects of the story. I would like them to stick to the original "Oh crap we have to catch Loki or something" origin.

Ultimates would be okay though. What they really need to do is an Infinity Gauntlet movie, and give people zero context.

Gilbert is way more MF DOOM. The love of old cartoons, the weird free associative narratives they make up, and the insane number of nicknames.

Dude, the movie was awful we are all intelligent people who can agree on that. That doesn't change the fact that the visual effects were amazing and from a technical standpoint absolutely revolutionary. There were movements that were faster than the human eye could perceive.

The movie was dogshit, but the effects set the standard for the next 5 years.
