Just to clear things up: 360 sold 3.2 mln worldwide by April 06. Meaning that shortage-less April, May and June are on top of that. Add about 200K/month in US, none in JP and, I dont know, 100K in EU, M$ should be polishing off the 5th million pretty soon.

They then have about 5 more months to sell another 5 mln. Hmmm ... I dont think so, unless they do a launch-scale ad campaign come fall and sell 1+ mln/month.

Its very ambitious and unlike that M$ will be able to pull off such a turn around.

It will help parents pick 360 over God of War sporting PS3 and maybe be a stalking horse against the argument that 360 is a violent FPS platform.

They should create policemen-like characters in games and let responsible players be policement. Some people get off on that stuff and they can be pretty effective (as long as they dont just powertrip with complete unfairness).
