tonyhawk and excite truck dont seem like some of the better wii choices
id say monkeyball, rayman, trauma center, elebits & dragonquest are some of the better third party games... then stuff like redsteel, marvel, madden, tonyhawk, excite truck

so 100$...
say 70$ for beefed up GC hardware
60$ for controllers(with built in memory, speaker in remote, rumble, motion sensors, pointer)...
20$ for wii sports
now throw in built in 512mb memory
you have... 250$
