I miss the crunchpad. For $300, I would've been willing to give it a shot. But I'm not willing to support a device that is 166% the price, and is the cause of so much debate between the two companies. Especially when the guy that we first heard about the crunchpad from isn't even 'involved' with this.

I just have to say that while it is true that PCs have much more problems/viruses, its because they dominate such a huge portion of the market, there is just more money/whatever to be had by making PC viruses. It is also easier to make them, because PCs are compatible with much much more software than Macs.

Also, you have to look at the fact that there is competition in the PC market as the real driving factor behind lower prices. As it is, Apple is operating a monopoly that is harmful to the consumer. My recommendation is to let other companies start packaging Apple's operating system, and then we can see if it is the beautiful Mac aesthetic or the operating system which attracts people.
