Interestingly enough, when you look at their website (they make a laser pointer ffs), and go to the contact us page... just in case you want to leave a comment about this the page, much like their sanity, cannot be found.
I would rather them say the game is not ready then even mention "earnings calls". That says to me that they are waiting to release based on when they will get the best quarter on the exchange, rather than releasing a finished product.
I was fine with the minor price increase, but now they've split the service into two halves, and they are splitting the website. So if I go to look for a movie and it's not available, I don't have the options to get it on DVD... I will have to go to a different website, with a different login and check that site, which I won't do because the whole thing is foolish now. So in the end, I would have stayed a $16 Netflix customer, now I'll be a $8 streaming only Netflix customer.
