I was only throwing it out there for the sake of argument, I play mainly a death knight so in the end it has nearly zero effect on me directly.

I know its a dps weapon, but wouldn't this likely be best in slot for staff wielding healers too? that much it more then makes up for the lack of spirit/haste. reformed the hit to spirit or haste, depending on preference and I don't see how it won't be drool worthy for healers too. also, it could be argued that boosting a healers power could help your raid more then a few thousand extra dps. I wonder if blizzard will try to lock out healers by spec?

The simplest answer would just be an internal cooldown of 4 sec and possibly how it works anyway, maybe even longer, we won't know for sure though without some testing done.

Here's the full answer to the head enchant question regarding reputation requirements.

Any newly purchased enchants since the fix went live(I think in 4.0.6, or somewhere around there) do NOT have a requirement to use them. If you had bought one and were disappointed and waiting for a fix, that item will never be fixed. This was the answer i recieved from a GM in game, and confirmed it to be the case myself as well.
