.....it never once occured to me to remake yar's revenge... let alone that there was this much to the storyline of the weird shooter with the garbly bit in the middle that made no damn sense.

I did not even know that ostrich leather was a thing until today. Why is this a thing, and why do I need it on a fight stick?

@Enosoma We're generally lenient on that, and when selling a gutted new game, the GA is supposed to put a seal sticker over the case. Ask for it if they don't.

Well that's disappointing. I wanted to get Rearmed on my playstation as I had it for 360 when I had one and have been waiting for the new game to come out.

@quazarblack $300 for a wifi only version, $350 for a 3G version, possibly rebated if purchased with a 3G data plan. That's probably the best price point for Sony right now, especially with how much this offers over a 3DS. A $50 premium wouldn't be unreasonable at all.

@StriderNo9 Or it's a placeholder price just to get it into the system so we could start taking pre-orders immediately.

@oJMan240o There are so many things wrong about this post, let's just focus on one, specifically a direct statement from Square Enix that says 13-2 is not going to be anything like X-2.

But hey, I'm sure you know far more than I about a game neither of us will see for another ten months.

I don't buy it tanking unless it undercuts the 3DS. Firstly, it targets an audience that Nintendo has long since given up on (mainstream/hardcore), so it has a chance at a fresh marketshare. Secondly, given how much more it's offering than the 3DS in terms of potential, I can easily see the wifi only model selling well at $300 to $350.
