I do understand the game. I'd rather play an active game that didn't require me to pay money in order to passively level, while at the same time never being able to catch up to veterans.

They're saying all the right things right now, but most developers do.
The thing that threw me off most was the constant transition from voice narrative back to text narrative, then back again. If you're going to have voiced parts, don't suddenly start throwing walls of text at me, then go back to voice overs. AoC was bad enough, going 20 levels with voice acted story, only for it to disappear and later briefly reappear. I'll stick to WAR until GW2 or TOR are released.
