%100 wrong. It's been said over and over by David Sirlin himself that adding new frames or changing the engine is beyond the scope of the project. It's just a visual update.

Hopefully, VF5 grows to be more popular than the last iinstallment here in the US. Being included in the Evo2k7 lineup is a good start.

I've already got SOTN for my PSX and I can run it on my PSP. Although I've never played Rondo of Blood. It looks interesting.

I forgot to mention that from what I've read, the release they signed said nothing about the risk of death or any possible harm at all. Rather, it only stated that they couldn't win anything from the station within 30 days of the contest.

Even if the disclaimer attempted to excuse the radio station and the Djs of liability it will not hold up in court. You can not attempt to limit or excuse liability for personal injury or death where the party imposing the clause has acted negligently.

Also in terms of a criminal case, you can not write a disclaimer that attempts to allow you to break the law. Thats common sense. Or else there would be no legal problem when it comes to euthanasia, you could just have the patient sign a disclaimer saying they allow you to murder them.

Being in that situation would piss me off. I'd be embarrassed if a story like this about me leaked out. I wonder if the radio show got a flood of people wanting to win this. I'm sure the family is dripping with anger

NVM. Upon clser examiation I can see that the vent isn't blocked! Cool beans.

That 360 sure is "hawt" with those top vents being blocked.

I thought the mothers actions were out of line untill I read the kid's past offenses. The little brat deserves to be in juvie.

Everyone has been foreshadowing the downfall of the PC Game industry yet it contiues to pull in money. As for the piracy issue, I think Steam really cuts down on pirates. If MS could implement a universal game service like Xbox live for PC game then I'm sure it will make pc gaming more streamlined and attractive to gamers. Maybe we'll see something like that on vista.
