What is Joystiq's agenda here? The news post is off on so many levels that it is baffling, most notable being the "last ditch effort" commentary. The soundtrack posting on the website is already two weeks old, and it's not the full soundtrack, more like a short sampling. The post seems to be overly bitter about the actual game's success (as in lack of) instead of focusing on the main point, the music.

It's good music, too, recommended for fans of psytrance/goa/ambient style, especially as a free download. It would be nice if they released the rest of the soundtrack as a free download, as well.

I was expecting an analysis of the price cost after the "is this a good deal for the games offered or not quite enough to warrant a purchase?" question and the break, not a copy of the press release. Indeed, this package is quite confusing, although I understood Chris Taran's first post perfectly.

That article was horrible. It actually contributed nothing to the issue, and it's impossible to deduce whether the article is poking fun at fanboys or itself. Even if the idea is good, some things are just not worth the link if the execution is poor.

Wow, that's ugly. The dark blue is very bland and Master Chief just seems tacked on in there. And people are willing to pay for this?

Microsoft needs Japan if they want my business. I'm not buying a 360 without a variety of Japanese games.

I can't quite believe Azrael's post. It sounds like something from 4chan's /v board. I get the impression that Azrael regards the Wii only as the Virtual Console, which has been really downplayed lately.

Sega had a very good opening on the DS with Project Rub / Feel the Magic. It doesn't seem like there's anything of that caliber out from Sega for Wii launch, so I agree with the comments that Sega should put their money where their mouth is and give Wii more support than Sonic and Monkey Ball.

What if this is a sarcastic jab from both EG and Molyneux at the hype machine of the gaming press? EG's articles are usually pretty sharp, and Molyneux would be the kind to go along into a joke like this.

I'm European and I really don't see the racism viewpoint. I just think those ads are incredibly ugly.

Yay for Japan! We need some of these non-boring game ads in the West too!
