Phew!: Waggle doesn't produce murderers
Nov 17th 2008 11:28PM (Joystiq Nintendo)Unless they look at the long term effects on aggression of a video gaming lifestyle we really can't trust these studies to tell us anything.
If you think otherwise, smoking does not cause lung cancer. We took 118 college students and tested them for lung cancer. We then gave them a cigarette with a sheet of paper on how to smoke it and came back 20 minutes later. We found that only those who had lung cancer before they smoked the cigarette had lung cancer afterwards.

Nov 17th 2008 10:47PM (Joystiq Nintendo)I'm pretty sure what people are worried about is that a continual involvement with violent video games might lead to psychopathy. This study has not addressed this concern at all.
In Zelda, even walking can be an adventure
Aug 28th 2007 4:55PM (Joystiq Nintendo)You like the keys better? How can you possibly know. Even if you've played another game that had stylus controlled movement it doesn't compare to PH's. Now I have played the game firstly, there is NO option to play with d-pad+buttons. The buttons plus a shoulder button are used to access menus and use your current item. If you're right handed you'll use the d-pad and the L Button. You can change your hand.
This Zelda controls brilliantly, and once you play it you'll know that D-pad wasn't an option.
