The whole thumbs up or down is such a US western culture centric gesture. In the middle east and other parts of the world the thumbs up gesture means "Up yours".

This is an awesome article. I've been working on something similar for a friend of mine. In looking for sites that use blog tools as full content management systems for magazines I came across the website of American Artist Magazine. http://www.myamericanartist.com. They run their site off typepad. I eneded up at a link that exposed the typepad side. No idea it was technically a blog especially typepad.

I had been reading about Oblivion everywhere but actually did not make the connection between the awesome game mentioned everywhere and this ad in the magazine.

What bothers me the most of the whole backwards compatability thing is that if you have old school xbox games you want to play then you probably have an old school xbox as well. Go play it there. I'd rather have the 360 team concentrate on new things for the 360 and leave the xbox games for the xbox.

Mayo, I don't care if you don't believe me but I'm the one already with the 360. Everyone who won the Hex168 contest received the system last tuesday and the mountain dew contest received them on saturday. The seller had won one of these. Alot of the winners were selling them on ebay. And thats how I got one early. Who's the dork now? Oh wait that would still be me for even bothering responding to your comment.

I got mine on ebay. And thanks to ebay I've been playing with it since this weekend. I also did not have to pay thousands I paid normal price and it came with two games.
