I was seven. Fond memories of the movie, and the game. Spent many a quarter in it. :)

I've been trying to decide if I want to upgrade to an Evo, or go with an Iphone. I'm currently with Sprint. I've never had an issue with their service, so it would be easier for me to stay with Sprint.

Basically I'm looking for something that's pretty easy to use and user friendly. Currently have a HTC Touch Pro, and Windows Mobile is danged annoying. For example, I try to scroll through contacts and it opens them up instead of scrolling. Little annoyances like that I'm trying to avoid. Unsure to go with the Evo and Android or the Iphone. I've been trying to gleam thoughts on both from different reviews and such, friends, etc. I had considered Engadget a pretty reliable site when it comes to such. I hadn't put much stock in everyone's idea that they were biased.

However, that changed when I read this line which basically sums up their position on the matter:

"It's pretty bare bones, and we wouldn't have minded a few basic options like white balance settings -- but c'mon, this is Apple we're talking about."

Only slightly biased I guess. That being said I've still not made up my mind and will continue to check out other reviews. I've never had an Apple device. I'm not too keen on Apple's "Big Brother" stance on things (the whole Gizmodo issue). But I do want a device I'd enjoy. My friends have Iphones and they seem to like 'em. We'll see.

Wish they'd bring this to the 360. Civilization Revolutions was really good, and I'd enjoy another strategy game.

Yea, I agree. It'd be nice if this was based off the original series. It might make this stand out a little better. I'd also have a little more faith in it if it were. Sci-Fi (Or SyFy now) isn't a name synonymous with quality by a long shot. For Bigpoints sake, I hope they can overcome that.

One thing for certain they'd have to do though is nail down the camera issues. If their camera usage is anything like the show, it'll be an unholy and unplayable mess.

I've been nice. Could use some more gaming in my life!

How to solve the worlds economic problem? Hmm...Global EMP. Most money, since it is tied up in computers, would be annihilated. It'd put most everyone on an even level in terms of money owned and owed. Sure, there'd be other problems, but...might help!

I'd have to say Star Control 2. Excellent game. Needs a *proper* sequel.
