It's times like that I'm most embarrassed of this country. We are now easily terrorized by cardboard boxes, and we press charges on teenagers who committed no crime other than inadvertantly scaring stupid people. Punishing these girls has nothing to do with serving and protecting the community. It's disgusting when retribution finds its way into law enforcement.
