There is a reason why the full name of the UK is 'United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland'.

Great Britain = England, Scotland and Wales
United Kingdom = England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland

Therefore, they should have put UK.

Wouldn't it be great if we could have the powerups from Blur AND the environmental destruction from this in the same game?

To be fair, considering we weren't even sure how many teams there would be turning up to this race just last week, it would have been tricky for them to get a game together in time.
