Out of that entire list the only two that really matter are going to be MGS4 and FFXII.

KZ2, LilBig, and GT5 are just 3 examples of titles that only the sony faithful are remotely interested in. Those are not system sellers and yes they're exclusives but are they exclusives that matter?

And like I mentioned b4 just because MS and Nintendo haven't announced anything doesn't mean they don't have anything.

sony has laid out all its major cards for this fall and next year.

As for MS and its exclusives the whole "its going to be on PC" argument is very weak. Since theres a difference between console gamers and PC gamers. I don't know which group is bigger but I do believe that there is only a small amount of gamers who do BOTH.

So for the general market whos only focus is on consoles the 360 or the Wii is definitely the better system for a variety of reasons.

But thats my personal opinion. Feel free to disagree and hype up all those games you listed.

MGS4 and FFXIII? Thats only 2 titles. Granted they're huge titles but that doesn't mean anything. Especially there is SO much time left before 2007 even ENDS.

How do you know MS and Nintendo aren't biding time until they feel it would be the best time to announce new games coming out for next year?

sony has already laid out its major cards. And when SPring 2008 comes and passes and sony is STILL in dead last I wonder what sony fanboys like yourself will say then?

I mean Nintendo DOES have to give its approval to the 3rd Party titles that appear on their consoles correct?

So basically I feel like Nintendo needs to be more strict about the QUALITY of games that appear on the Wii.

For example I don't want games on the Wii that don't support 480p. I know that may sound like a lot and maybe it is but the standards have to start somewhere right?

Another thing is ideas/concepts. Nintendo needs to develop more ORIGINAL titles. Also they need to make sure that the games being developed for the Wii aren't limited to minigame clusterf*cks or sports sims...

Lets get some new creative FPS. Or even Adventure games. How about a NEW platformer with an awesome character?

Just ideas. However its up to Nintendo if they want to use all that great creative energy I KNOW they possess to produce stellar new titles that everyone can enjoy. Games that we can specifically say are geared ONLY towards "hardcore gamers", ONLY towards "causal gamers", or BOTH.

sony and MS have no one to blame but themselves.

They painted themselves into that corner.

Plus for all the hatred towards Nintendos friends code MS and sony haven't provided any "family safe" alternatives on their consoles (as far as I know).

Plus you must admit there is a lack of family titles on the two systems.

You can't be mad at Nintendo for seeing their unique position and taking advantage (in a good way).

But to say Nintendo is destroying gaming is dumb to me.

I'm buying it and I'm sure that most "hardcore" gamers would classify me as causal.

However I'm not buying it to prove a point. I'm buying it because I love games and this is a GREAT game that I'm sure will be lots of un to play.

The bottom line is that I've had my Wii since Launch last year and I've enjoyed it continuously since then. It has a variety of games for EVERYONE in the family as well as titles that cater towards different people.

However I won't deny its not perfect. The graphics aren't on the same level as the ps3 or the 360. The Online Gameplay is definitely not stellar and I hesistate to call it "adequat".

And thats just the beginning. However for all the Wii's shortcomings it makes up for it in a lot of other ways. And its so radically different from the competetion that I consider it my top system. However the 360 is also great in a different way.
