Mike, the other content providers you mentioned (VH-1, Comedy Central Mother Load) do not check your country by IP so all the content is freely available to everyone. Viewing it via an anonymous proxy ofc lets you get to the content. ABC probably wants to torment us non-US viewers because they want to sell the shows to our local TV-stations later on for exorbitant prices. Ah, to be young and stupid.

When it comes to Oblivion, I disagree with #1. It contains such an amazing amount of content that it can hardly be called incomplete.
