@The Aquacharger First version saw a very limited release on Valentine's day of 2009. Full version was released to the public in December.

LovePlus was released on September 3rd, 2009.

I also released the first version of "Love" before the MMO "Love" was announced.

That's the thing about common words being used as names, everyone will shit all over you about how it's been called that before, without even having played it.

Considering I released the first version of Love+ before LovePlus was even announced, I don't think they would be able to hold much of a case.

But yes, it's a shame that the title is the same as a much more popular title produced by a much, much bigger company. A real shame, especially since I'm constantly getting the "unoriginal!" insults. :(
