BTW; i have two apple TVs, i agree, the 3.0.1 is slower and buggier than the 2.0 software. I'm hoping for 3.1 to add some reliability and speed back to my ATVs.

I just bought a harmony remote last Thursday (Model 550). Its awesome, setup is a little clunky but it beats the old method of just adding codes. Set it up on my Powerbook running 10.5.1, no issues. Samsung TV, Denon Receiver, Sony DVD, Xbox360, Apple TV all worked with little issue. Macros (Activities is what the remote lists it as) work good. Has the codes for Apple TV under media centers.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but can't you raid the drives in a mac pro without this? Or is this a hardware vs software raid? Sorry of this is a obvious answer but i do have dual 500gb in my G5 striped and i've been happy so far with the speed and reliability. Is this just faster? Apple's basic explanation on their Mac Pro page does not shed any light on this, anyone?

I'm pretty sure that you can get calls while surfing the web, I'm certain that I've recieved a call while surfing and the apple ad on tv shows the guy answering a call while using safari. Maybe you can only get calls when using wi-fi?

I doubt that best buy will refund my $40 for my extended warranty but I'm gonna try anyway. Or maybe since its a 2 year extension, it will go to 5 years. Interesting either way.

I picked up one at BJs around 5 weeks ago on super closeout, only $78.00. It seems now that they had decided to carry it once again for the low price of $99.00.

Anyone know if the spring update fixed the compatablity issue with the 360 wireless and the new Apple Extreme N router when using a secure network?

Music = 124.91GB / 20451 Songs
Movies = 238.51GB / 197 Movies
TV Shows = 51.58 / 275 TV Shows

All this streaming from my G5 Powermac with 1TB raid, through my Apple Xtreme n router to an Apple TV connected to a Samsung 42" plasma & 5.1 Boston Acoustics System. It takes a while to load iTunes but it pretty zippy once running. Streaming is fast, not real latency issues, maybe 5-10 seconds for a movie and songs are instantaneous. I only store music on the apple tv for the screensaver.
