$30 for an Apple branded charger that has 0 functionality besides juicing the batteries, or $30 for one of the best chargers around? Choice is easy.

I have HD Radio in my VW GTI. The improvement in sound quality is definitely significant. It sounds pretty close to the quality you get from satellite radio (certainly closer to satellite than to traditional FM). The only problem is, I live in an area where the HD Radio reception is somewhat spotty, at least for the stations I listen to. When the radio loses the HD signal it reverts back to the regular broadcast. Unfortunately, the two broadcasts are not perfectly in sync, so sentences often get repeated or jumped over when the transition occurs. It became so annoying that I eventually turned off the HD radio feature.

The 2004 Accord we have sitting in our driveway doesn't feel cheap.

The Civic Si is a nice option...if you don't mind the side serving of ugly that it comes with.

I wanted an RSX Type-S for the longest time...unfortunately by the time it came to buy a new car they had stopped making them. Ended up with a GTI instead (which I'm quite happy with) but if they bring back the RSX then I already know what my next car will be.

Sure would be nice with my 15" MacBook Pro.

I have HD Radio in my VW. The sound quality is a big improvement, but here's the problem - in my area, HD Radio for the stations I listen to (the ones that offer it anyway) is quite spotty, so the HD Radio tends to cut out. When this happens the stereo reverts to the regular feed, which isn't in sync with the HD feed. So every time the signal cuts out you either rewind or fast forward 3 seconds in the broadcast, which makes talk radio impossible to follow. There's no option to use only the HD signal, so I've opted instead to just disable it until the coverage improves.

I don't know if my GTI counts as small (I can park in a compact spot with no problems) but I'm very happy with it. I average 30 mpg, can haul around plenty of stuff, and it moves pretty well when I get on it. Not exactly a cheap small car, but it does everything I need it to do.

Costco has packages of these that come with several AA's, a couple AAA's and adapters for C and D cells, plus a charger. They're a pretty good deal...I'm planning on picking some up once I run out of the Alakline AA's that I bought.

I've had my Mighty Mouse replaced a couple times under my MBP's AppleCare. They weren't purchased on the same receipt but it's pretty obvious they're being used together.

Funny, we had the exact same issue with our 1998 V70XC wagon. Dealer never fixed it because they were "unable to reproduce" the problem, aka lazy and incompetent. We ended up selling the lemon and taking a massive hit in depreciation.

It's too bad we had such a bad experience. We'll never buy a Volvo again, which is a shame since I rather like some of their new cars. That C30 is a very funky car...I just wish someone else made it.
