I feel bad for Karatechop. This was Blizzard's fault, not the player's. I don't see why the player has to suffer for Blizzard's mistake. I'm sure that the employee who did this, got nothing more then a slap on the wrist, so why would the player receive the harshest punishment possible?

Any achievements he received should have been taken away, and any money/items received due to using this should have been taken away as well. Why Blizzard has to perma-ban a player for their own screw up is beyond me....the punishment does NOT fit the crime.

Clearly, the usage (or lack thereof) of the item doesn't show abuse at all. 8 times in 14 days? Shit, if it was me, I would have burned all 100 charges in an hour!! I would have run into the opposite factions main city and blew up EVERYONE.

Remember - it's a VIDEO GAME. You're supposed to HAVE FUN. Having a god mode item is the most fun I could possibly think of having.
