Major Nelson did say there's an update planned for tuesday, just not a dashboard upgrade. The update is made to the xbox live service and xbox.com, not the dashboard.

As far as the ass goes, yeah, it's quite evident that they concentrate on the "sex appeal" of little Lara. I thought we were past that in this day and age. Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against sexual content in games as part of an artistic expression, but what is the game about? Raiding tombs and ruins, or watching Laras tits and ass bounce?

I think the ad was very artistic and beautiful! Though I fully understand why some may be offended by it, and I think that it doesn't really connect with the game for me. Yes, It could have been done better, and is indeed inappropriate in a mag which a lot of kids read.
